I went there many times but tonight I put my clothes in washer for 25 minutes took 40 minutes I spoke nicely to girl on She accused me of using too much soap I used one tidy ball she also said I used gentle cycle so what clothes never spun out soaking wet I don’t care about the 9.45 cents it’s the way she talked to me . Never going there again bad staff going there for a few years Shame on that girl no manners Took soaking clothes and left
Literally the only place I've done my laundry in Somerville since 2013. Worth it! Love this place. Clean. Easy. Affordable.
It’s slammed Sundays 1PM - 10PM. Better to do your laundry on a weekday night. I try to go Monday or Tuesday after 7PM and it’s not too bad then.
