I dropped off a nice Armani shirt with French cuffs (they come with cuff links) at the dry cleaner. A few days later, I picked up the shirt noticing the cuff links had been replaced with some cheap looking plastic! They stole my cuff links! It's a dishonest business with thief-like practice.
Very very rude and poor customer service. Lady who answered me seemed annoyed and aggravated and hung up. They don't want to help. I suggest going else where with better and caring staff.
The service is great and and the one day pick up and drop is very convenient.
Very amazing customer service and fast cleaning! 11/10 would come again.
$12 to clean a light silk blouse (with no spots/ no heavy soiling)?! That’s more expensive than Manhattan Midtown! Have you checked your price against the neighboring competitors?
