waaaaaaay too expensive ($10/ blouse) for a very mediocre service (shirt unevenly ironed, stains not removed). don't think they do the cleaning on premises. still looking for a good dry cleaner in the Cambridge region

They took 1 week to fix my pants (fair). I went one week later to pick it up and they lost it. They said they gave it to someone else. They said they would try to contact them so I waited. 2 weeks later, I still don't have the pants and they have been absolutely no help. What a scam.

They have excellent service, a reliable computer-based system, and a much higher level cleaning service than others in the neighborhood. The prices are high ($2.50 a shirt) but I think it's worth it for the quality.
