I am literally in tears right now. These people have ruined 2 of my dresses and one of them belonged to my mother which she had passed down to me. My husbands 3 suits had some horrible stains that were never there when we brought them it. I am so distraught by all of this. I recommend people to go elsewhere. They refused to take responsibility for what they have done. Stay away.

Operation did not satisfy me one bit. AT ALL. They tried giving me a dress that wasn't even mine (they lost my beautiful red dress) and It seems like the rest of my clothes was handed back to me the same way i brought it in, wrinkled with no signs of even touching it or cleaning it whats-so-ever. What a disgrace to the community. STAY AWAY.

Brought a few shirts to be laundered and a couple of items from my wife to be dry cleaned. I came here thinking it was more convenient as i live a couple of blocks awayn, I dropped them off with a few garments having a couple of stains but when i came and pick them up, they had such a horrendous smell to them, I didn't think much of it until i put them in the backseat of my car. The plastic bag on them didn't help as the smell just went through it. It smelled like if they ate on top of my clothes, literally. And a couple of the stains didn't even come out so i had to wash it myself and low and behold, i fixed my issue. Jesus christ. If you are going to charge for a service atleast fullfill it. This place is just terrible and doesn't even hide the fact, just go inside, The place is riddled with lint and other gunk. Never again am i coming here. I should have known better.

I will never come back here again, I came here as it was less than a street away from my house and was thinking of getting 3 sweaters and 2 blouses cleaned. I brought them in with ease and picked them up 3 days later. I brought them home and when i took off the plastic and took them off the hangar, I realized that the sweaters were stretched out badly. They were all unwearable. The Sleeves and collars drooped down and i wish i checked the dress before i left the store because the top right of it had a large grease stain that was never their when i brought it in. Never again will i step foot inside here. Beware.
