I asked this tailor to tailor my flannel lined chinos to a thirty inch inseam. I picked my chinos up 07/31/2020, and expected the job I paid for to be done. I did not try them on to wear outside because it was summer at that time. They charged me 20 USD—more than I expected for *ONE* pair—because of these chinos' flannel lining. When it snowed during 10/30/2020, I finally wore my chinos to discover the inseam was not tailored at all, it was still at a thirty-two inch inseam. I called this tailor to ask if they can fix their error; they said they would call me back. Almost two weeks have past. I would not recommend this tailor at all to anyone. Poor follow-up and bad customer service.

Loved this place! Service is efficient and inexpensive, they got my suit and pants back earlier than expected. Convenient if you're at Harvard/MIT

I am extremely disappointed by the service here. I took in my expensive winter jacket which took 5 days to clean and when I got it back the feathers were coming out and I could tell that it had been cleaned in a machine. I could also tell it had not been properly dried because it had this musty old towel smell. I took it back to the cleaners and they totally denied the smell. Very poor customer service. The jacket has gortex and has all been flattened out because of the machine wash. They kept blaming the smell on the 'material'. I do not recommend this place.

If you're a professional I suggest taking a look in the mirror and seeing if you measure up (pun intended) to the professionalism of the folks at Arrow Dry Cleaning and Tailoring. They've helped me look my best more times than I can count. They have perfectly pressed shirts and suits, removed stains I thought were permanent, matched buttons I didn't expect to be matched and even taken in the waist of a tricky silk formal dress, all in a timely manner! Every city needs a place like Arrow.

Had suit jacket and pants altered and dry cleaned - very happy with results. Requested a one-week turnaround and they were able to assist. Friendly and professional, would use again.
