I went to return something and their system was down. They couldn’t process an online return. Courtney helped me and was very nice, despite my attitude. She took the item and I left. She called later on; let me know the return was processed and I was all set. I really appreciate the customer service. All the employees are always friendly & helpful here too.

Norma does a fantastic job making sure the store is stocked with the items we need as a community and she either has an eye for talent or goes to great lengths to train her staff (or both!) because this really is a place with helpful folks!
Would be a great store...if it were ever open. Hours are virtually incompatible with people who work.
ACE is actually THE PLACE. Norma the Owner is a great lady and the entire staff are top notch. They got most of what you need and carry quality. A clean well-lighted place. If they don’t have it they will get it for you in like 2 days usually. They do the UPS drop-offs and tons off other services ie screen repair and knife sharpening.
