We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was really nice especially the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and it was one of the lower rates in the area so we were super happy. We have stayed here before and this time was even better than the last.

Very nice. Love the updated rooms and bathroom. Especially the walk in shower. Would like to see grab bars installed.

great customer service. Heather, at the front desk, was courteous, efficient and easy to work with - i felt like she was very good at her job. The staff was friendly in every interaction. The hotel was quiet - i could not hear other people in their rooms which is a plus. The rooms were spacious, if a bit dated, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints are with the lack of choice of pastries for breakfast - they were mediocre at best, the internet dropped a lot on me, the cleanliness of the facility could have been better and staff either did not have masks on or did not wear them appropriately. Other than that, the room served it's purpose and functioned as it should.

Stay at your own risk. Majority of the guest, house keeping, and construction workers doing renovations walked around without masks during the height of the pandemic. They are doing renovations, but the room I was in had mold in the shower, carpet staples sticking up, ripped comforter, ancient appliances. I'm not sure what their renovations are updating but I personally will not ever be back and only stayed because it was a corporate selected hotel.
