The rooms were clean and well taken care of. However the front desk ladies were rude, too busy to take care of our needs, like an extra blanket! They said they were too busy to find a blanket! House keeping was closed. It was only 9:15PM. They really didnt care or even acted like they cared! Good O Mississippi hospitality! We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get the blanket that they were able to find!!

Room and hotel very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the beds were horrible, very hard and uncomfortable. My back was in bad shape when I got up. Holiday Inn Express used to have the most comfortable beds Unfortunately they all switched over to painful mattresses afew years ago. I will be switching to Hilton from now on.

Great hotel. Ms Lois in the front desk was just a sweetheart and an angel. She handle everything in a timely manner within 2 minutes. She made my night go from ☹ to ud83dude03 within the first seconds of me entering the building.

Awesome service. People are really nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean with heat air and good hot water . The best place in meridian. Nice bar also with cold drinks.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the pool, on site dining available. Clean room.
