This place has horrible service. The staff is very rude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I waited outside for 3 hours because the line was so backed up, seeing as they only had 2 desk workers. And of course, because of covid you have to wait outside, sitting or standing in the hot sun. It’s honestly not a great experience and I won’t be going back to this dmv. (i waited for 3 hours and they checked my paper work, then sent me home because i didn’t have one thing) They should check paper work before you wait for hours!
The staff here are rude, unprofessional, & uneducated. I had a few questions about obtaining an ID. The lady behind the desk had an attitude and rude. The greeter prefer to mumble instead of speaking up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone nor this city.nSo much for southern hospitality.
I went two different times the second time me and my mom missed work and school had to leave the second time they were two hours behind. Horrible service and rude people.
Need to work harder and more organizednWhy don’t have the appointment system so people don’t need to wait outside for so long
Very unorganized and Under staffed it’s almost 20 people waiting and 2 workers here and they were behind on my appointment so I’m still waiting an hour later
