The technicians are competent, but my main issue is that appointments are always magically booked at least three weeks in advance. And if your issue requires a part ordered or a revisit, your followup will be pushed to the back again. This is completely unacceptable when dealing with something like a broken dishwasher or refrigerator. I go through a home warranty for appliance issues, and after a handful of experiences I now specifically request that any service provider besides my local Sears Appliance Repair be used. If you're really that booked for appointments, hire more people to share the workload.

I buy all my new appliances from sears. Its years before ive ever had trouble with anything . And I always felt comfortable at the store. Very friendly staff.

The technician was great but I'll never use Sears again unless the service call is reduced immediately! Unbelievable rip off!
