Service tech was awesome and very knowledgeable. The technician made sure all of my concerns were addressed thoroughly. In addition, very prompt and courteous on a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely recommend to friends and use again in the future.
Bryant and Trian who installed my new AC and heating system were very professional and did an excellent job. It’s hard to find good workers like these two anymore. Also Greg who came and looked at my old system and made recommendations on which new system would best work with my house was very helpful and even came and followed up the next day to looked at the new system and make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend Tri County Air to anyone.
Everyone was so professional and informative. The crew of Michael Trainer were awesome with the removal and installation of ductwork, as well as, the cleaning and replacement of some grills to the vents.nnI am so thankful this work was done before the cold weather hit.nnThank you again for your wonderful work.nCT
These guys showed up when they said they would, performed the work requested, and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional acting and very good about communicating their schedule. There was some minor damage done when removing the old unit from the closet due to unsecured framing. They did not hesitate to repair and repaint the area and took the additional steps to secured the casing to the wall to ensure that future repairs would not run into the same issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I already have.
