I have really mixed reviews for Petal Walmart. Most of their employees are real nice and helpful. The store is clean and stocked. The only problems I have encountered are with the pick up and delivery. The employees who load your vehicle at the pick up department are wonderful. Rain or heat they will still get you loaded up. They also pay attention to what items you have making sure nothing gets smashed or broke. They are also super friendly. The delivery drivers are WONDERFUL. They are always so super nice. They are always very pleasant to talk to while they bring your items up to your house. The only problems is product availability in the pickup and delivery services. They will tell you they are out of certain items and you go into the store and they have a lot of said item on the shelves. One thing I really love about Walmart delivery and pick up is that if they have to substitute an item for a different brand they will give you a bigger more expensive item at the price of the item you ordered. They also let you decide if you want substituted items. You can also start a return on items at home so it will not take as long when you arrive.

First time in a long time I have gone into a Walmart without having an out of body experience because of all the opportunities for store improvement... BLUE IS STILL IN MY BLOOD. After working for Walmart for several years and another retail established that shall not be named, I usually want to jump to action to fix what I see. This store was in great shape and I applaud the store management team and associates here for doing a great job! The associates actually observed the 10 foot rule by greeting and offering assistance. Bravo!nnThanks for a great shopping experience. Just don't forget someone needs to pull re-shops from and zone the shoes ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

Its Walmart... They have made some improvements to the self checkout lanes. The (Scan and Go) App is a huge time-saver, it helps track your money and you can pay online for store or fuel purchases. Save 5% at the pump too!
