Waste Pro USA - Hattiesburg

I have called two weeks in a row now to have the smallest amount of stuff picked up. I have been told over and over that they are coming. I watched the truck drive rite by my house and never stop, so I called them and was told again they where running behind but would get to my place. I called again the next day and was told they are running behind but work Saturday's too. now here it is Tuesday and no one still I called yesterday and was told they would pick up on my regular day witch was yesterday and still no one picked up. I have called 3 times today and no one is answering phones. Its not a one time thing either this happens every time I call them for a pick up. They finally came to pick it up today 3 weeks later and the guy made sure he blew his horn really good to let me know he was outside doing his job and then blew it again to let me know he was leaving I suppose

We are supposed to have our garbage picked up on Tuesday. They have gotten to not pick up on our scheduled time more than on time. If you call and get them to answer on more than one occasion I have been treated like I’m a bother. It wouldn’t be so bad but I put my trash out Monday evening so I won’t miss them on Tuesday. So then when they don’t pick up on Tuesday any trash I have, had to be carried out to the road and like today. Wednesday afternoon and still no pick up and won’t answer the phone. Some people are disabled and this is difficult.

Had some issues recently concerning consistent service for our business. met with with Karl McCarthy(Division Manager) and since our meeting we have had zero issues. I was at the point of cancelling our service, but Gave Karl one last opportunity. I am glad that I made that decision because I have been nothing but Happy and satisfied since. Thank you Karl for straightening up this account.

Had to make multiple phone calls before I was able to talk to someone. I asked the pick up dates for 40 Corinth Road and the lady said she would have to call me back. That's been three days and no call back.

They literally never come. Pick up is suposed to be three times a week. We can't keep the dumpster area clean because of the mounds of trash that happens ever other day. Its been this way for two years.
