If I could give negative stars I would. This company left my family without any running water on the Saturday before Easter. What kind of shameless, heartless people leave a family of 6 without water?!nnThey told me to take out my water heater and replace the floor. It had leaked for so long the floor had rotted. This was Friday afternoon. We asked if the floor was replaced right away if they could come back and replace the hot water heater Saturday. They said yes! The plumber and another guy had ALREADY said they would fix it Saturday. Saturday came and went with NO water at all in our house. Sunday morning I called and talked to Jerry. Jerry told me someone would be out to fix it today (Monday). Today I was told by C& D they have suspended ALL work in homes because if coroavirus! Then she said my house wasn't safe! I just had my kitchen remodeled and we're were working on the bathroom remodel when we found the leak!!! Now we've been without water for the weekend and C& D has decided to leave our family with NO water and no help.nnFIND ANOTHER PLUMBER...ANY OTHER PLUMBER!!!

My house was full of company, I call C&D and got a plumber that day. They fixed the problem and then returned to do some other work. Very happy with the service.
