Very good customer service and attention to the customer. The lines went smoothly and the customer are friendly. Clean bathrooms and social distance seating. Usually in and out in 15 minutes except for the lunch crowd.

Always slow service here at this particular shop. Been waiting 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us.nUpdate: trying this out after about a year and a half, so I think I'll try the online ordering, go through the whole spiel of ordering four sandwiches, customized, put in the credit card and my phone number and the website refuses to take my phone number so I think okay I'll call and see if they can help,, the phone rings 30 times no one answers... so now I have to drive into town to order at the counter and I will this time because my son wants Subway tonight,, but I won't do it ever again their sandwiches are overpriced anyway $10 for a sub where is fireside subs , we need one in Branson or Hollister, mo.

Slow and rude. Online orders say to come inside to pick up your order. When you get there they make you wait in the drive thru while they make everyones orders that are just now ordering at about 15 to 20 minutes per customer. What's the point in ordering online!?nI recommend choosing another location.

They are pretty good for the most part. The to-go orders online take awhile sometimes.

Only because no stars wasn’t an option. So sorry. Hardly ever leave reviews and never bad ones. Usually just keep to myself and hope it was an unusual experience.nOutside impression, the building itself is very rundown and moldy looking. Drive thru touch screen, very inappropriate for these days In particular but no way to order any but one meal. Very non user friendly. Went in. Ordered two meals. One fine, one the bread was literally so old it had a terrible deteriorated taste to it. Cucumbers also should have been thrown away. Had to toss the sandwich. Won’t return to this location and I love Subway.
