Need help with the j bend.
Good service - friendly and wore a mask.
Nick was great! First tech couldn't clear the thick sludge after 4+ hours with the snaking equipment, he tried hard!! Nick came the next day with the hot water jet truck and was able to clear the clog quickly and run the camera to confirm that the lateral line was not damaged and in good shape for extra peace of mind. Everyone involved was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. Thank you!
The gentleman arrived promptly and did an excellent job clearing out the blockage in the line between my house and the city sewer line. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
I was having issues with a leaking tub spout while the showering was running, and couldn’t figure how to do it myself. Scheduling an appointment was very easy with Roto-Rooter and I was able to see someone within 3 days. Luckily it was an easy fix, and an affordable price for the labor and parts. Also got advice about future renovations to the bathroom and a rough estimate in case I decide to do it. Grateful to have a full powered shower head again! Will use again in the future and definitely recommend for easy plumbing needs.
