Clean lobby and restrooms. The bar was nice and tidy. I was greeted with a “hello” as soon as I walked in even though they were busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes they even help ya to laugh. Food was great and was given an awesome sauce suggestion. Oh and the cookies are great too. I’ve been coming here for years and won’t go to another location. I’m not sure what happened for all of these negative reviews, but I have nothing but positive comments for this place.
Ordered a chicken salad thru door dash. When the dasher first arrived my food was not ready. When I finally got it about an hour later, there was not 1 piece of chicken.
The customer service her is absolutely terrible. One specific employee that just does not have manners nor proper training in how to talk to customers at all. She is very very rude!
It's so ridiculous when people won't listen to you when you tell them what you want, had to tell her 3 times and I wanted it toasted before putting the tuna on. I also had to tell her I didn't want ice a couple of .
