Went to the aurora mo taco bell tonight and would like to give a big thank you, to the associates that were there tonight. I believe they were the only place in town opened because of the weather, and they were super busy. But they made sure I was taken care of and you could tell they really cared about each customer that were waiting on food. It's a hard time right now with Covid to work with the public but with snow on top of that. Big thank you for being opened tonight!!! And having awesome customer service :)
Service was good. Horrible food! Stale taco shells, bland taste.Was told I could only order a certain food item online only! I've been to several Taco Bell restaurants in my lifetime, most have been excellent, this one was not.
Just left there. Staff was super nice!!! Got everything rite that i ordered. Awesome job y'all!$

Well dident end up eating there jus left bc the girl on the speaker box greeted us rude af an when we asked for a nacho fry bell grande she rudely said we are out of fries completely,then was ignored when we asked for 2 beefy five layers so we drove off . I get having a bad day but it's called costumer service ,I do it everyday at my job with a smile on my face no matter what personal things is happening with me .
