Compared with another Maryland plumbing service I've used, this one is far superior. Not only did they not charge an extra fee for coming over, but they gave a free estimate over the phone and the final bill was exactly what I was told. Just a hair over $1000 for an hour's work to replace a water heater. They came and worked quickly and did a very clean and neat job. A follow up visit to check the water pressure afterwards was no cost at all and he immediately diagnosed an easy repair from the calcium deposits that had been loosened during the replacement. Very professional, polite, and good to work with. I'll be calling them again if I ever need another plumbing job.
