We've been working with LES for many years now to service our washers and dryers at my place of business. They are extremely professional, courteous and versed in their work. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for our needs. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and give us options for preventative maintenance and repairs so we can keep our machines running well and efficiently. A+ group!

So I recently renovated and retooled my laundromat with LES. I can wholeheartedly say it was an excellent experience. I was certainly worried about the scope and commitment, but honestly, the level of professionalism and commitment demonstrated by this company immediately put me at ease once the work was started. They basically did the entire scope of the project in about two weeks time which blew my mind and to such a degree of perfection I was in awe. They have been completely open to educating me in every possible way on how to run a successful laundry business and have never acted like they were too busy for me even after the work was completed. I can go on and on about these guys from the excellent experience I had with them but I will end with this. The work is top notch, the professionalism is second to none, and the honesty and integrity these guys bring is nothing short of incredible. I look forward to continuing to work with them on future projects and I feel like I have a partnership with them due to how involved they are and how much they care. I understand the fear for someone who has never undertaken such a project, but with these guys standing behind you, you have nothing to fear.

My experience with LEP was nothing short of fantastic! Very easy and quick. Chuck was able to get me the parts I needed at an exceptionally fast rate. I stand by Laundry Equipment Services and what they offer, you should too! 100% recommendation!

Needed parts for my OPL equipment and I couldn't get ahold of anybody until LEP. Chuck was quick, friendly and helpful. He walked me through what parts were needed and even gave me information about warranty. I spent all day on the phone with other distributors and Chuck had it sorted out in 5 MINUTES!! Definitely going back when I need something in the future, can't recommend them highly enough!

They didn't have the part I needed on their site, but I was able to chat with them, and they got it shipped to me. Very easy site to use, and great people to work with. Chuck and CJ were on the ball!
