The best car wash place in the area by far. They have many wash options as well as interior cleaning options. I will say it can get pretty pricey, but if you really want your car clean, both inside and out, you will very much appreciate the service here. My main complaint would be that there is often times a long line and so to get through can take some time. Took me over a half hour once.

Not much better than just a regular cheap drive-through car wash and I paid extra to get my wheels cleaned. Also not blaming the machine. but the employee. a piece of my luggage rack came off, and instead of just taking a second to go look for it they wanted to wait till they weren't busy and give me a call.( Probably would have never happened) I'm sure that's how they wanted to be treated if it happened to them. Well I'm glad you're so busy raking in all the cash you're not getting mine anymore

Staff was friendly and I loved that my car was towel dried to keep it looking pretty for a bit longer, especially in the winter! Definitely going back. One suggestion...it would be great to be able to add a tip when paying for the staff that towel dries.

My car always comes out spotless, make sure you have singles for a tip at the end because you cant get change there.

My wife and I have been going to the Hagerstown Auto spa for as long as I can remember. We get the membership for spring and summer and for winter and fall we just pay per visit. We get the highest package offered for both vehicles. Today we took both vehicles . Once we was all finished my wife realized her vape pen had been taken from the center console area of her car. She believes it was taken in section B of the Hagerstown Auto spa. We know a lot of faces from this particular location due to coming in all the time to get my vehicles done . However , I noticed some new faces on the B section ..... we are going to consider our options. I must say it is anShame because I really liked the convenience of the Hagerstown location, but I will not be stollen from . I wish we had a express auto spa in Hagerstown like Fredrick . At the express you don’t have to worry about theft . This location has been under different management three times in the last five years. The current manager is a very nice gentleman. I hope he can remove the bad apples.
