Absolutely 100% pleased with the service and workmanship to install our new furnace. Excellent & prompt communication. It's worth noting the Techs were respectful of our home, cleaned up you'd never know they were there. Damon and Missy are wonderful folks both professionally and personally. We are beyond pleased!
Our family has used DCL HVAC Solutions for years and we absolutely love them! From the beginning of our home construction when they installed the HVAC system to the annual service to an occasional emergency call, because the a/c unit had a minor hiccup, they are always prompt, courteous and very neighborly.nnOur home is a chalet style home with lots of windows and they were able to install a system that keeps us comfortable year round; not an easy task given our location on top of a mountain! We highly recommend using them for their expertise and professional services! They are the best in the area for knowledge, quality and value.
Tech didn’t seem to be experienced and took a long time and then I felt he just said something was wrong. Wasn’t sure if this was truth as furnace was running fine prior to us using their service. Agreed to repairs that was recommended costing us over $400 and a few weeks later another issue arose. After another three hour visit and tech seemed not to know what to do, he then stated another expensive repair was needed. Had a second option from another tech at another company and nothing was wrong and furnace is running fine.
Such a great company!nThe quality of service is the best in town.nHonest, trustworthy, and great customer service.nWe have used them multiple times in our new construction and also on our own home. Highly recommend!!!
