My husband and I just moved to the area and We had run out of oil for our boiler, and with us being from NC, we had NO CLUE how to work a boiler system. We had been smelling a gasoline smell for a few days, had the fire department over and 2 other companies and no one could figure out where the smell was coming from. My husband found germain hvac and gave them a call, shannon was extremely nice and understanding, had her husband Eric out the same day. The workers came the next day to service the boiler. Everything was fine and we ran out of oil this morning when it was snowing. My husband called shannon again and Eric was at our house within the hour, and found what was probably a leak on our oil tank. He ran back to the office grabbed a new filter, tightened the bolts and even helped us crank the boiler back up. These people are absolutely amazing!!! They actually care about their customers and not just the money. We will be calling them for any heating or HVAC needs we may need in the future and will always recommend!! Thank you guys so much! We had a great experience with Germain HVAC! They were prompt in generating a very accurate and reasonable quote, and readily accommodated our need for an expedited installation timeline; we initially planned on a 2 month out install date, and notified them we actually needed the system installed in under a week. The install techs showed up right on time, they kept the house clean, and the disruption was minimal. They finished ahead of schedule, and were even willing to remove our old unit & patch up the area where the unit connected to the house. As for the system, we went with split level, dual zone system from Gibson. The house cools down in under an hour, and for the first time ever we can enjoy being inside when the temperatures exceed 80 degrees. I highly recommend Germain HVAC for your home heating / cooling needs.

I was not given a discount. I did not and will not pay for any services from these crooks. I would not recommend using these people to do any work in my home.
