The team did a very professional job! They took pictures of everything destroyed and provided me an electronic copy of all the photos so I could complete my insurance company's form which required details only I could supply. I would definitely use them again. The basement was restored to new condition with no hint of water damage.

The team over at SERVPRO is courteous and helpful, and really turned a bad situation into a positive for my family. very unprofessional!! they had workers in our house for 17 hours ( until 4a.m) and when we asked if that was normal they said that the workers ( who traveled 3 hours) offered to come back the next day, which never happened!! like i really wanted strangers in my house all night with my 5 year old who had school in the morning and we both had to get up for work!! and when we had a lot of extra carpet they told us lowes had just sent extra lol! 300sqft exta!! when they actually had our carpet seams ran in the middle of rooms and not next to the walls like the contract stated which is why we bought carpet in a 12ft width which cost a lot more to aviod that!! Ill update if they ever get back to us and fix our carpet!
