My kids and dog loved the park. Especially the slides. Great spot for catching sunfish and blue gills.
We had hear of this park and lake before but never made it there. Out for. Sunday drive and stopped by and we were certainly surprised how nice this place truly is. This lake is huge compared to Herrington Manor. There is usually a fee of $3 per car on weekdays and $4 per car on weekends. Somehow we got in on a free day. We should have packed a meal and got there sooner. The whole park is clean and we'll manicured. I read it is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day but I hope that isn't true, this place would be great year round.
Had free admission for a few weeks recently. New to me. Enjoyable walk all around the park and over the dam.nLots to do and nice playgrounds.
Still a pleasant, clean, quiet little park. Grandkids loved it too.
I love going up there, I feel this is a fun family place and everyone should at least go 1 time in their life.
