BWI Marshall Airport

People are wearing masks. Restaurants are opening up.

Quick and painless. Masks are mandatory. But that's everywhere right now.

I think, based on what I saw there and employees I interacted with, overall I have a pleasant experience at BWI.nnThe employees were very polite and helpful. I did like their cute small observation gallery of a plane and some art as well.nnAnother nice thing I liked was plants. Please have more of those! They really add to the esthetics of the airport, travellers, and employees there.nnI also liked seeing alive nature around. Thank you for keeping it alive. Maybe one day you can really invest more into the nature around and really turn BWI into a spectacular airport.

COVID era travel has turned the airport organization and efficiently upside-down. It is a mess.

Best Airport on the planet !!! Everything here works the way it's supposed to. TSA is set up very smartly. Large crowds move well. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of ground transportation available. Ample garage parking space. Bus service from long term lot works fairly well. Little better to utilize the Fast Park or similar service. Place is always clean and we'll staffed. Food court is set up with travelers in mind and an on the go design. Flights usually on time, more so than not.
