One of my restaurant customer walking out without paying the bill, so we called the police. After they show up and they told us that's after a hour they can't not do anything. That was funny, does that mean when someone rob the bank or killing someone and after a hour they are not guilty? Justice can be late but they always show up, for now on we are not going to donate anything to the police department, that just wasting our money.

This is not a police station. If you need to see/speak with a county officer, the closest station is District 2. 601 Crain Hwy in Upper Marlboro
