This plumbing company made my experience five star! They are very timely and provided outstanding customer services. Their prices are reasonable and they provide you with all the information you need. Yances and Joshua were extremely professional and attentive to my needs and the space issues within my water heater area.
Very professional, clean, efficient and courteous. We are very happy with our faucet install and toilet repairs. Mr. Sanchez and his assistant were scrupulous about COVID-19 protocols and even went over their work area with a UV light. We were very impressed with their work. We would not hesitate to recommend DYZ Plumbing.
We had an issue with our plumbing shortly after buying our house. We called another plumbing company and the guy ripped huge chunks of drywall out and then wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to replace a seal. Told him to leave and found DYZ. They were quick to respond, found and fixed the correct issue, and explained everything along the way.nnWe had another plumbing issue a year later and they were again quick to respond and very thorough. Every single person I interact with is professional and courteous. They always take the time to show me the cause of the issue and are very upfront with the entire process.nnI keep their magnet on our fridge and they will be the first company I call for any future projects.
He replaced the pressure regulator valve in our master bath, because i noticed that our toilet tank doesn't fill up quickly (takes 30 mins to fill up) and there's no pressure on the bidet. When i told him the issue, he knows the problem right away, due to the mandatory fire sprinklers in newly built homes in Henderson, NV, this issue happens, and it's always in the master bath because the pressure regulator is located there under the sink.
DYZ Plumbing has come out to our house several times over the years, including twice during covid. They come out either the same day as I call, or within 2 days even for small jobs. They are always prompt and professional, with an obviously deep knowledge of plumbing so they can make sure the fixes stay fixed for a long time. Highly recommend!
