HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Called Anne Arundel Plumbing after I had one company cancel on me 15 minutes prior to arrival time, who then gave me a number of another company to use, for that company to commit to a time and then not show. Next day, spoke with Jeff, explained the situation and fit me into his busy schedule for the same day. Not only did I save $100 from the quote I had received from the first company; he sent his son Jeff out who was polite, explained how I was able to completely clog my kitchen sink and how to do my best to avoid doing it again. He was very friendly and was quick. I told him before he left, that if I ever need a plumber again, I would be calling him.

For the actual installation, John showed up. He was also on time, knowledgeable, patient (explained everything he was doing in detail), and I could tell that he has a strong work ethic, which was refreshing. I will definitely use them again in the future, and would easily recommend them to any of my friends/family.

The day I called, the owner listened to my problem and sent his son to come look at what was causing the leak. The responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work are all worth reviewing here. Jeff replaced a sink faucet so our kids can finally turn on and off the water without struggling and more. Thank you for all of your help and fair pricing. We will be working with you again on future plumbing-related projects.

AAP was recommended to us from a neighbor, and we won't be using anyone else. We were able to get two same day visits, and the team is very quick, friendly, and efficient. They gave us honest feedback on the best methods to conduct repairs, as well as excellent advice on products to use. They didn't charge a fee to assess the situation, and their pricing for repairs was very reasonable.

Highly recommend! I called on new years eve about my sump pump, they were out here within roughly 2 hours, and fixed my problem in about 40 minutes. Made sure to explain everything to me in full detail, and showed me what the problem was and what I was paying for. As long as I am able to use them, they will be my first call.
