We attended a holiday event and it was pretty good.
Came here for a kissing ball event for Christmas and it was educational and I went home with a decoration that so far has lasted over a month! The ornament was made by going outside to snap off little branches of 200+ year old boxwood bushes, and then pinning them to a foam florist ball (included with the ticket price). Very pretty, and a lovely estate to visit!
The guides at this historical Inn were welcoming and gave an excellent presentation of the history of the Inn. It's amazing to find little historical places still being maintained and open for the public.
This is a fantastic venue for meetings. The ladies were very welcoming and helpful. They have open houses once a month well worth taking the time to stop by.
Great old tavern, fun events. I loved their tipple and toast event!
