I brought in a dress with food stains I hadn't realized were there (old stains). They got all but two out and when I went to pick it up they asked for another try and got my dress completely clean! So impressed and very happy. This was my first experience with this company and I will definitely be a continued customer!
This is a new location for Nam and Young, the owners, having been at Priest Bridge earlier. I love the new location, and of course I will continue to take my items to them. I have had consistently great service from everything I have taken there. My items always come back with care and extra touches. Nam even repaired a comforter that had a seam about to open! (She is an excellent seamstress.) Great service, and just as important is that they are nice people.
