Piss poor customer service!! Rude people thieves and will steal your money and lie about it.... New to these machines in my community terrible experience where the card was eaten by the machine...the tech lied and said that the card was not in the machine...would rather go to a big company laundromat rather than use the ones on the premises from now on... They will never get any of my money again..
If you use your debit card it charges too many times. Will only use cash.

i had a balance on my old laundry card and i was told that it will be transfer to my CSC account, its now 2 months with nothing, they keep deleting my refund requests and nobody answer in their customer service dept. unprofessional & greedy company.
Machines are always out of order and you have no way to reach them by phone live in a senior building and everyone does not have access to a computer so therefore they area refund losing there money can't get
