They don't stand by their advertisements
This is the best place in the laundry world staff Is very friendly and very helpful to me when I'm doing my laundry I just wish that I could have been there for the whole day with them when they had a health expo
I love laundry City and they love me
Always an issue with the dryers. They have 1/3 of them reserved for drop off services but I rarely see more than one or two of them being used. A good amount of the ones for customers are broken, it's always 10-15 with tags on them. They allow people to leave their clothes in there for hours on end after they've finished drying, almost like they dont care. They don't sweep the floors frequent enough, seems to be always covered in trash. Staff friendliness is hit and miss. Seems half are polite and professional the other half are the polar opposite. They don't honor their promotions. Went there once a week since February for a $500 birthday promotion they had, my birthday has come and gone a month ago and they still haven't honored it. I called 10 times to speak with a manager only to be told that they left the manager a message to call me and they would call me in 24 hours. 30 days later and still haven't spoken to a manager. Taking my business elsewhere
