I have been a patron of this business for over six years. I spend an average of $25 per week. The business was struggling to keep the antiquated equipment operational. Then, the business was sold to a new owner at the beginning of 2020.nnSince the new ownership, the old dryers have been so poorly maintained that, today, the business has only 6 of 16 dryers operational. Several large capacity washers are not working. And, the new money-making vending machines are not fully-operational.nnAs the coin operated laundry is the only facility in the area, the owner is really missing a great business opportunity. I really feel sorry for the hard-working staff that struggle to keep the business operational, and customers happy.nnThe new owner, using his current interest in his new business is showing little interest in so many dedicated, long term customers, who really need a fully-functional coin-operated laundry facility.

Use this place every week awesome service.
They do not open on time
Run down. Numerous machines have been broken down for a long time. For the most part, the dryers that do work, however, get nice and hot. The owner is just not maintaining anything. Very ghetto. Sorry to be so severe here but Deale deserves better.
