Upon arrival two employees were texting and utilizing personal cell phones. The perception obtained was that my family and I were interrupting their text session. We were greeted very unwelcoming and advise that there would be a 20 to 25 minute wait if not more. The tone and context of how this was communicated was evident that the goal was to discourage the party of 5 to decline and seek an alternative for a family dinner. Nevertheless we provided our phone number and name. While waiting no one came to advise us of any update or potential setting arrangements. We simply walked next door to Olive Garden had our meal and it wasn't until we were done that we received a text from Red Lobster saying our seats were ready. As a company and on a customer service stand point you can do better. Common courtesy can go along way. The employees appear as if they are performing a community service rather than working in a paid position. We don't come here much but some genuine customer service goes along way. 0 Stars if possible.
Excellent
The food is always so delicious here. The cheesy biscuits, I love their coconut shrimp, new Brussels sprouts are amazing, and the cheesecake is melt in mouth yum. Server was nice, getting check slow, but that's been common since covid.
The lobster fest was amazing for lobster lovers. Drinks were great. Way better than expected. Tried to different lobster feast and both were great.
I tried this spot before with my friend and I am hooked ever since. I like the awesome mood and tasty dishes and beverages. Great work.
