Just when I thought they couldn't get any better, they prove me wrong. I stay at this hotel all the time for work, and their customer service is always exceptional. Recently, I was having a terrible week and I came back to flowers and a note at my door from the hotel hoping I feel better soon. This is more than just a hotel, they treat their customers like family and truly it was one of the nicest gestures I've ever received. On top of that, they give out little breakfast bags with inspirational quotes and it is just the little things like this that separates this hotel from the rest. Dalila (the manager), Marsha, Cynthia, and the rest of the staff is simply wonderful. Thank you for yet another great stay. I will see you all next week!

I have had a wonderful experience during my extended stay at this hotel. Everyone - from the front desk to the cleaning staff - have been helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The gym has basic equipment and is nice, practical, and also clean. There are several grab&go breakfast items to choose from and they provide a good selection considering their options are limited due to COVID regulations. It is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping centers, a mall, and a casino. I have felt safe, comfortable, and at home during my entire stay and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Waking up to this beautiful affirmation from Marsha- as she makes every day sunshine with her smile and energy- she goes above and beyond with these messages on the go. away from home can be hard but a simple reminder to keep going reminds us why you're here. Business travel or temporary visitnThis location and the staff are great. Breakfast is simple but hits all the craving and health needs. hard boiled eggs waffles and bagels.nthe rooms are spacious and all new features that are a quality its own in Arundel.

The check in process was hectic. I was not greeted or welcomed by the staff. I was told my card was declined when actually there was a chip malfunction. When I asked what card /last 4 was declined, after showing my ID and proving I was the person. I was told that telling me was a security issue. I looked up the card on my reservation and informed of what I was looking at and was still informed that information couldn't be shared with me. I went to the front desk to inquire about food and Sinita was awfully rude to me. I requested a late check out for 12pm, Luis approved however at 10:50am housekeeping was banging on the door and argued with me that I needed to check out by 11am. Despite speaking with housekeeping directly On Sunday housekeeping did not make our bed. Heat did not work in the room and the digital key never worked.

Incredible accommodations. Unfortunately the pool is still closed due to covid as of Apr, 10 2021. You have to request a portable stove top if you need one but there is no charge. Couldn't ask for much more.
