Overall this is a nice place. The Lady at the front desk is super nice. Our room was comfortable. Only thing wrong was our shower wasn't working correctly. It only had supper hot or super cold.
There's this lady at the reception who has no manners and be acting like she own the hotel. And also been ignorant . When you ask for stuff she don't want to provide it but when certain kind of people show up she is the one that's asking them can she put this and that in their bag . And she also lie about everything. She's easily recognized, kind of big. Watch out when she's the receptionist.
Just went to visit family staying here. My observation, not welcoming. I understand certain measures are in place due to covid. A more permanent solution is better than tables setting in front if the desk. It looks bad. Only one cart to use and it had flat tires. No one greeted us or asked us to sign in. It appeared that the evening clerk was asleep as we were leaving. Completely unaware.
Very nice place very comfortable beds and has full kitchens and right now they are offering a grab-and-go breakfast overall very clean place
Perfectly located next to the mall & restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was walking past dirty sheets. Not sure if housekeeping left it or if it was a hotel guest. Housekeeping may have left early but the sheets were in front of the door from 4:30-10pm. Didn't stay to see if they were removed. Overall clean facility.
