Truly enjoyed my experience. The place is beautiful and the service is amazing! Saw some people complain about the price, but I feel you are paying for amazing service and the quality of the spa. It is definitely top notch! We had heated beds for the massage and the products they used smell so good and make your skin feel so soft. The steam room was working, so spent a few minutes enjoying it. I highly recommend and plan to come back. Oh and everyone was super nice that works there! So surprised they had this amazing place right next door! Thanks MD Live Spa :)
I called to schedule a couples package for my anniversary. There was no answer. So I left a message. No one called me back. I sent an email requesting the couples package appointment on a specific day and time. They asked me to call. I emailed back saying I had already called and did not hear back. 4 days later, I still have not heard from anyone.
One of the most enjoyable experiences I've yet to share with my wife. Convenient shopping, eating, and fun. Comfortable modern rooms with all the amenities available. Can't wait till the next visit here.
This spa is absolutely beautiful! I had an amazing massage by Nina and everyone who greeted and handled me were so professional. I am definitely coming back
So it was my first experience here and it's not great. First they have ZERO amenities in the lounges. Steam room wasn't on...and I'll stop there, because that's all they had. Yet their price chart is just ridiculous. You're in Arundel Mills Mall, not Times Square. $140 for a 50 minutes massage?!? Maybe if you had saunas, working steam rooms, hot tubs, etc. Very disappointed in it. The therapist was just OK. I told her I want her to focus on specific areas, but she said no I'll do the whole thing.nnI would not recommend or return. Use Soothe instead and get a 90 min massage for less.
