Canceled my membership. Management including regional & District managers don’t care about employees. Having them stand on the side of the road is insane. Their safety is in danger. I was told they stand 10 Ft from the road. That’s awful and very dangerous. I took my business else where and so did the other four people I knew with memberships here. Showing them the text from the regional manager. Also the work of full service is sub par for $60 a month. Went to the new car wash in my area much better. Even two employee from mister are there now and happier. Mister should look at the moral of the team before the buck because two new car washes are about to open in the area with much better service! Take your business to blu car wash in crofton. They even are doing buy one month get one free! You also get friendly and happy employees! You won’t be sorry! Let them know you are moving from mister too and check out their reactions.

Have been a member carry over from previous owner. Always get a great job however I am not happy about the price increase. I do not have a huge vehicle. It has increased way too much and might consider canceling. My husband and I are seniors 76 years old and don’t drive a lot as he is handicapped and does not drive. I don’t come in as often as I used to when I worked. Would love to see lower costs for seniors and retirees. Please consider this as you might lose a lot of customers. Thanks for listening.

Have been monthly subscriber for several years. Recently, the quality of the work done by the crew drying cars has diminished. Last week, I paid to have Matt’s cleaned and they forgot.nnDryers at other Mister Car wash locations are better at drying vehicles.nnOverall courtesy of the staff is great and very professional.nnManagers are quick to resolve issues and also very professional when dealing with customers.

Efficient and effective. Have been a part of the membership for some time. Outside of full custom detailing, this is the best thing to do for your car.
