DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! During the pandemic they don’t care if you are jobless due to covid-19 , if you don’t pay rent within the first week they will add more money to your rent . And online payment is an extra 20$ just for convenience so you will be paying more than usual during these times. The managements is also not here for the people so if you have any concerns for yourself or others they won’t be any help. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ESLE WHERE

WORSE PLACE EVER! AIR HAS BEEN OUT FOR A MIN AND LEAKING, maintenance pulled up my carpet and never fixed it. Would NOT recommend AT ALL

I hate it here, they will make it seem like it’s an nice place to stay online but in real life it’s horrible. They don’t fix nothing but will increase your rent faster than you can pay it . Don’t bring your families here i beg you

I have been searching for an affordable apartment complex for 3 weeks now. I stopped in to check out Carmel Springs and I must say Sheena was absolutely awesome. I usually don’t take time to write reviews, but I had to take a minute and compliment her. Not only was she knowledgeable of the complex, she even gave me information of the surrounding area (which I usually don’t get). I was so pleased, like a one stop shop. She is very professional!
