Not unpleasant, but the customer service is lacking, she prepared my sandwich the way she felt she didn't even ask me if I wanted my bread toasted, she just toasted it, and she added the very minimal ingredient almost as if she was counting the cheeses shreds, and pickles? I wont go back to that one, she was on the phone the whole time, in her headbuds, i wasn't greeted , or anything

Clean Friendly Workers
Cleanliness is a concern. I’ve seen the guy that’s always there pick his nose behind the counter, carry a tray from his car inside and proceed to make my sandwich without washing his hands. But TODAY there was a shell from a roach in my sandwich. Almost as if the roach molted it’s skin and kept it moving. Do roaches even molt?! It’s a hard NO for me. Clean your place up
