Skewer's Wood Grill

I have been to Skewers about 3/4 times now and wanted to write them a review because they deserve the praise.nnDuring a pandemic where takeout is everything Skewers and the staff are top notch. The establishment is safe for picking up takeout, it’s very clean, and the staff is so respectful.nnNow on to the food, my wife and I went to Greece a few years back and we fell in love with the food. Other than going back there, we searched for a few years for some ethnic Greek food that could hold it own. We went to a lot of great places but when Skewers opened and my friend said you have to try it. I thought “I’ll give it a shot”.nnI’m grateful my friend recommended it, grateful for Skewers for moving into this area because it is outstanding. Best Greek food I have had since leaving Greece. The beautiful part of this place...it not just Greek food, they have other food that is also amazing (burgers, different bowls- all delicious)nnMy favorites are the lamb, chicken, beef skewers are amazing, the spicy feta has an amazing kick and so flavorful. We got the seasonal Watermelon, feta salad- a must try when they have it. The gyros with the Greek fries- a huge hit in this household.nnI’d give 10 stars if I could, listen I don’t post reviews, in fact this is my first. I feel that during these hard times and seeing that Skewers is trying to open a restaurant for takeout and bring a little joy to people with their wonderful comfort of food, that deserves my respect and my review.nnShow them some love you won’t be disappointed.nI recommend and fully support this place.nnWell done Skewers!

Food is solid, and always has been. The specials are usually really good deals. The menu might be a bit overwhelming. But the main reason for coming back? The baklava. Shh, big secret. But I love baklava with my afternoon coffee

Woburn’s best to go food by far! The food is outstanding, flavorful, fresh, and well portioned.

I love this place! The best gyros ever and had hand cut fries!
