Great location! Friendly, clean environment. The customer service was great!
First they want to say that I never dropped off my suits( mind you each suit is worth at least $800 each). So they lost both of my suits, but then they magically appeared when they called me when they magically appeared after 2 days of sitting there. There website says same day services if dropped off before 10. Mind you I dropped my suit off on a Friday and now it's Saturday. How do I get a call this morning saying that they won't be able to do it, and that if I wanted them to do it I would have to wait until Monday. Someone clearly doesn't know what they are doing.
Best quality and turnaround time I've found in the area! The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.
i love this place they have the best prices in the area i and have been going here for years i was sad to hear it was sold but Im really happy that most of the staff stayed and they were keeping the hours the same
Brought a white shirt on Thursday morning, supposed to be done later that day, I went later and they couldn’t get a stain out of the shirt (small stain, nothing crazy) Told me to come back tomorrow. I come Friday afternoon and the shirt still isn’t clean, AT A CLEANER. Thanks for nothing, now I have to purchase a new shirt for the wedding I’m heading to tonight.nnSide note: my friend brought a shirt there recently and they ruined it with bleach.nnSince it’s changed from Champions Cleaners to this place, it’s become a terrible establishment. Time to find a new cleaner.
