Jan Pro caused damage to newly installed plexiglass in our office, refused to discuss it with us, told us the only recourse was to file a claim with their insurance company. Jan Pro's insurer denied any responsibility WITHOUT having anyone come to assess the damage, the insurance company stated if Jan Pro denied the damage there was nothing that could be done. From start to finish Jan Pro was unprofessional and unresponsive, could have handled it completely differently.
