Dirty place. Last time in their last week, a lady was washing the windows. Those windows have not been cleaned in years. Her was water was the same color as the floor. Half dozen machines broken. Still street people hanging out there, too Folding tables dirty, sticky. Clientele there I would not turn my back on or leave my cloths unattended.
Kathy and Peter have taken care of our dry cleaning for over 20 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We enjoy our weekly catch-ups with them as well as enjoy always perfectly cleaned and pressed clothing.

recently tried brining in a pair of Jeans for what THOUGHT would be a very easy button installation added, apparently they don't for some very odd reason have trouble ordering certain ones because i needed a different kind and was told to go to Montvale ave to some place called Mike's? who i never heard of. basically i walked out as to why they can't just order it? how hard is a button to find i mean really?!! it's NOT anything special costs like what? aFEW dollars at max? now kind agree with the other reviews this place isn't so so good iguess for small things your ok but for something SO EASY they tell you we don't have it/ do that here and recommend elsewhere i'm sorry but i live in the South End and when you have NO car it's not so easy to get to at least here is somewhat close by. now i know why i never go in this place and my LAST alteration IF i ever had one done here had to be AT LEAST 15+ years ago if not more when i lived in the Center with all the choices i had i'm starting to wonder why i wasted my time. service was NOT even close to being helpful and basically made me felt like they weren't willing to help besides suggesting good thing i have Modas in Winchester a short five minutes away at least they know what their doing and do their work FAST!
after only a couple times they know you by name and you don't need to fuss with a ticket . didn't give a 5 as I'm not sure if pricing is ave or not given my limited experience
