I only come here out of convenience. It's the closest laundromat to me and also the cheapest in the area.nnSeveral washers and dryers are broken, but depending on the day and time you come to launder your clothes will determine whether or not you'll have to wait to use the machines.nnThe owner is an older Latina woman and she can be a bit intrusive. She's taken my clothes out of certain washers so her friends can use them or tried to deter me from using the two dryers that give you more minutes per quarter. I prefer to wash when she isn't around as her customer service is poor and she doesn't know how to social distance.nnOn the plus side, she's usually not there during the week and there is plenty of parking as there's a parking lot in front of the building.nnForewarning, there's no restroom, but it's a short walk from Woburn Square so you can always grab a quick snack at one of the local eateries while your clothes wash.

I had the worst experience ever today the lady that works there not only try to assault me and started yelling at me In front off my kid because i called her and told her that I was missing towels that I had paid $50 dollars for her to wash she flipped and even went as far as throwing the towel in my face because she found them inside the laundromat knowing that she forgot to give them to me the worst thing is that the owner does not call no one back to find out what’s going on in his place of business I will never go back unprofessional and the Violence in this woman is amazing, love that no one does nothing about it !

I would never come here except it’s the only laundromat near me without driving too far. There’s a woman who works there who constantly tells me how to do my laundry, telling me how much soap, where to put the soap (as if I can’t read) and even touching my clean clothes out of the dryer to make sure they’re dry. I think she thinks she’s being helpful but hard to tell with the very large language barrier. It’s extremely condescending and I don’t trust leaving to get a coffee while my clothes are in the machine for a fear she will mess with them. Once when I put in laundry and turned the machines on she told me I put too much in (I didn’t, I used three different machines and spread them all out). I thought she was going to do something when I left to let my dog out quickly. When I came back she was standing in front of my machines watching them. I hate going there because of her. I’m there frequently and everytime she watches my every move for an opportunity to tel me what to do. Also many machines are always out of order.nnEdit: I literally just caught her turning my dryer off so she could clean the lint out. Not sure if this affects the time I paid for it but nevertheless makes me worry even more that she does mess with the machines when you’re not there. Makes me extremely uncomfortable

Not totally sure what the issue with the other reviews are besides some very clear and unfortunate bias and racism. Comments like “unsavory” clientele are pretty disgusting considering the clientele and the woman running it are mostly Hispanic. So call it for what it is, you don’t like looking at minority groups while washing your clothes. The place is well maintained. The women there is forever sweeping and always walking around asking if anyone needs help. The dryers are absolute monsters. I mean if you need an entire load dried in 20 min this is the place. The downside is the prices. They are definitely high and the inflation is obviously due to the location of being on the winchester border. But otherwise, if you aren’t a bigot and don’t mind a brown person or two and the couple dollars extra to clean your clothes. This place gets the job down perfectly fine.
