This was my first visit to the business this morning. I went there on a suggestion of a friend. The gentleman I spoke to this morning was extremely polite and answered all of my questions, no matter how minute or pointless they may have been. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be using Haney Supply for my home needs in the future. 10 out of 10 stars in my book!

I would give less stars if I could. First of all when we bought a dryer heating element we were told it would be $30 when we got there we were told it was $65 bought it anyway because we desperately needed it. Get home and put it in the dryer and it still doesn’t work. Well we went to return it and they wouldn’t take it because it had been put on the dryer and the box was missing. I had the receipt and everything on the heating element was the exact way I bought it. We will never buy anything from this place again. The man was extremely rude and arrogant stating that he would not take it back despite telling us that he would over the phone. Would not recommend this place if you value your money and time

I have used Haney Supply for thirty years. They have everything you need mechanically for a home. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and more. They have the best prices in Polk County. Great quality and great customer service. They don't open on Saturday anymore but it is worth waiting for Monday if anyway possible because of the money you'll save. A part will cost you twenty dollars at the local hardware stores can be bought for less than ten dollars at Haney's. I will always use Haney's. David is an exceptional customer service representative. He'll help you and save you money.
