Great customer service! The plumber was respectful and helpful. He did a great job installing my toilet. I’m very pleased with the service that I decided to have him install another toilet for me.
We needed immediate assitance with our plumbing upstairs. Georgia Rooter Services was a subcontractor for the company that we originally called. They were responsive and fixed the problem quickly. Pricing seemed a bit higher than expected but I think that's because it was a same day service call. Overall, I'm grateful for their kindness and their availability.
Edin and his team were very professional the entire way through. They located my slab leak one day, came back sooner than expected and got the job done quick. These service workers don’t get enough credit in my opinion. I will be using and recommending them for the next years to come.
Edin was very professional and knowledgeable of the issue with the repair. He gave us all options needed to have the repair done. He wore his mask the whole time, and even removed shoes prior to entering the house. Would highly recommend his services.
