I had an overflowing sink on a Sunday morning so I quickly called several plumbers in my area. I was recommended some expensive services by other plumbers but Jerry was honest and upfront and reassured the issue is something I can address myself.nJust from the honesty and informative talk, I will be calling Grayson plumbing for any needs in the future !

Jerry is the man! He came out after regular hours, when he could otherwise have been at home relaxing, and took care of business. He is kind and professional, and anyone in Gwinnett County would be lucky to have him work on their plumbing. 5 stats!

Amazing experience with Grayson Plumbing! We got new flooring installed and needed to replace a toilet and a pedestal sink; fairly routine. However, when we closed the water supply lines in order to remove the old items, the water kept dripping, which caused us to have to close the water supply to the whole house until we could figure out what to do. This was on a Saturday and we had scheduled an appointment with Jerry for Tuesday to install our items. Too many days without water! There was no way we could do that. We contacted Jerry and he was on it. He came as soon as he could on Sunday, got the problem fixed, and we were able to get our water back on. Imagine our surprise when he offered to go ahead and install the toilet and the pedestal sink (which was more complicated than we thought) while he was there! On a Sunday and after a last minute call! Customer service like this is extremely hard to find and, when you find someone like Jerry, with many years of experience, lots of glowing reviews and a strong work ethic, you become a customer for life. Thanks to Jerry and to Grayson Plumbing for an amazing experience. We will definitely contact them for our future plumbing needs and won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family!

Jerry came to do work in my home, replacing bathroom trims and faucets, before my husband and I moved in. He arrived almost 1 hour late. He left a mess once the job was completed; however the work looked good - we paid him. Once we moved in we determined there was a leak under the sink, one of the trims was installed upside down and one of the knobs came off on the tub. My husband called to express his being displeased with Jerry's work. Jerry immediately hung up on my husband, blocked him sent him an ugly text response. Jerry did not offer any quality customer service by offering to resolve our issues. As a person who has been in business for many years, it is important to be able to take a criticism and then offer a solution-Jerry did not do this. We had to hire another plumber to come fix Jerry's mishaps. The 2 stars are for the fact that 1 of our bathrooms was done to standard.
