The owner was professional and accommodating. He went over and beyond my expectations and made the soiled carpet look like new. He educated me on filtration soil and even recommended a product I could purchase if it should come back in the future. I would definitely use his service again.
They did an amazing job on my home. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly. They were timely, fast, and the house smelled great when we returned. It was like walking into a field of fresh flowers.
Thank you, Mirko for doing a great! He was professional, courteous, and very responsive. Appreciated that he was able to come next day. He was ahead of his schedule, and reached out to see if he could come early. It worked well for us, as the carpet dried out a little earlier. He was able to remove some of the toughest stains (including tea stains)! He did a thorough job and in addition to clean, soft carpet, loved the lingering citrus smell.
Very professional and upfront with everything. I will use him again for my other carpets. Thank you for your professionalism!
